On February 10, 2026, a complete 10 T/H BB Fertilizer Production system supplied by YUSHUNXIN successfully arrived at Beira Port in Mozambique. After customs clearance, the equipment continued its journey to the customer’s fertilizer factory site in Zimbabwe. The project aims to help the customer produce bulk blended fertilizers for local agriculture. Zimbabwe has strong demand for blended fertilizers because farmers need flexible NPK formulas for maize, tobacco, and vegetable crops. With this new fertilizer plant, our customer can produce customized fertilizer blends for different agricultural markets.
Get Free QuoteAt first, the Zimbabwe customer asked an important question: Can a 10 T/H BB Fertilizer Production system be built with a budget of around $100,000? After evaluating the customer’s production plan, YUSHUNXIN confirmed that the project was completely feasible.
The customer planned to produce bulk blended fertilizers using three main raw materials. This production method focuses on accurate batching and uniform mixing,so it only needs simple production machine: automatic batching machine, BB fertilizer mixer, belt conveyor system, and fertilizer packing machine. Based on the production capacity and equipment configuration, the total project budget remained within the customer’s expected investment range.

Another important requirement from the Zimbabwe customer involved plant layout. The available land area for the factory was limited, so the client wanted to reduce the footprint of the batching system. To solve this problem, YUSHUNXIN recommended an underground batching system for the 10 t/h fertilizer plant.
In this design, several material bins are installed inside a ground pit. Our engineering team provided the customer with detailed dimensions for each batching bin. Based on these parameters, the client completed the construction of the underground pit before the equipment arrived.
After batching, the mixed raw materials need to move to the BB fertilizer mixer. To ensure stable and continuous material transport, we recommended a bucket elevator. This equipment lifts the proportioned materials from the underground batching system and feeds them directly into the mixing machine.
The combination of an underground batching system and bucket elevator created a compact and efficient layout for the customer’s BB Fertilizer Production system.
After signing the contract, YUSHUNXIN started manufacturing the 10 tons/hour BB fertilizer production unit. Our factory completed the fabrication and assembly of the main equipment in about 30 working days. After finishing equipment testing, our team arranged the international shipment.
The Zimbabwe customer chose Beira Port in Mozambique as the destination port because it serves as a major gateway for goods entering Zimbabwe. Our logistics team loaded the equipment into shipping containers and sent them by sea to Beira Port.
After the containers arrived, the customer worked with a local customs agent to complete the import procedures. These steps included customs inspection, document verification, and import tax payment.
Once customs clearance finished, trucks transported the equipment from Beira Port to the fertilizer plant site in Zimbabwe. The entire transportation process went smoothly, and the machines reached the site safely without damage.

In the video, the operator demonstrated the operation of the BB fertilizer processing system, including the mixing and packaging process. The system quickly reached its designed capacity of 10 tons per hour. The project owner also mentioned that the mixing process runs smoothly and does not damage the NPK fertilizer granules. The fertilizer producer in Zimbabwe now supplies several customized fertilizer blends for maize and tobacco farms in the region. Local distributors have already placed regular orders for these blended fertilizers.
