What Equipment used in a 15 TPH NPK fertilizer granulation production line?

The customer from the Philippines required a complete production line from raw materials batching to finished NPK fertilizer granules. Based on this requirement, YUSHUNXIN provided the following equipment for the 15 TPH NPK fertilizer granulation plant.

Automatic batching system

The 4-bin automatic batching machine weighs and proportionally feeds the powdered NPK raw materials according to the customer’s fertilizer formula. This system ensures accurate ingredient ratios before the mixing process.
Mixing system

After batching, the materials enter the disc mixer. This machine quickly mixes the proportioned raw materials and produces a uniform NPK powder mixture for the next granulation stage.

Roller press granulator

To meet the required production capacity, we equipped the line with four SXDG-4T roller press granulators. These machines use dry extrusion granulation to produce 5 mm NPK fertilizer granules from the mixed powder.This granulation method does not require a drying process, which helps reduce overall production costs.
Double-bucket packaging machine

After granulation, the finished NPK fertilizer granules enter the double-bucket automatic packaging machine. This equipment automatically weighs and packs the fertilizer into bags for final sale.

The automatic batching system includes a programmable control panel. Operators can adjust the proportion of each raw material directly through the control interface. The production system uses several PLC control cabinets to manage key equipment, including: batching system, mixer, granulators, and packaging machine. Operators can monitor production parameters directly from the control panel. The system displays material flow, equipment status, and production capacity in real time. This automation design significantly reduces manual work. The entire production line usually requires only 3–4 workers during operation. One worker supervises the batching system, another monitors granulation equipment, and one operator manages packaging.
